The Everyday and the Eternal

Seminar

November 1 2019 - November 3 2019

Presenters:

Dr. Josef Helbling, Dr. Ruth Weyermann

Presenters: Ruth Weyermann Ph.D. and Josef Helbling Ph.D. We are delighted to be returning again to Moscow for a 3-day seminar. Our focus will be twofold: Initially we will review aspects of the conceptual framework of Processwork and encourage participants to apply this perspective and tools to unfolding aspects of the highs and lows of their own everyday experience. Informed by the latest developments and insights into Processwork with loss and grief which we will introduce, we will then go on to practice accessing both the mundane of our everyday and the timeless world of the deceased. In both we will discover invigorating and inspiring potential! Our program: short basic and more advanced theoretical modules including: Attentiveness to what we refer to as “occupied” and “unoccupied” channels of awareness and analyzing their content Understanding different levels of awareness, Process structures, including the edge to changing our identity as well as techniques to “amplify” our experiences. Processwork with loss and grief, an update of the latest developments and insights in this area. Our structure: time will be given for theoretical input, group interaction, experiential study in pairs and for “inner work,” reflecting alone and with each other on how the theory can be practically applied.
