The Power of One: Inner Freedom, Inner Strength, Inner Beauty

March 19 2016 - March 20 2016

Dr. Ellen Schupbach, Dr. Max Schupbach

Join us for a workshop that focuses on inner work, large group facilitation and leadership in our personal lives and in our families, teams and organizations.
Deep Democracy, the philosophical principle underlying Process Work, sees a mirror image between outer conflicts and difficulties in the world and our inner lives: we really are all connected!
The practice of unfolding the process behind the inner and outer polarizations creates an interplay between richer, more colorful inner lives and deeper, more interesting and flourishing outer lives.
This seminar demonstrates and supports your own exploration about how our methodology can be used to resolve inner conflicts, frequently experienced as ambivalence or a sense of paralysis, and to work on outer conflicts in relationships, family, and the workplace.
As always in our workshops, we will also work as  a community, practicing and implementing our personal leadership and facilitation styles in group process.
This seminar is based on our experience (and conviction!) that personal, organizational and political leadership becomes effective when based on an innerwork practice, and allows us to impact not just our own private worlds, but also the polarizations that exist in the world at large.
