ADVANCED DEEP DEMOCRACY COACHING LEARNING SESSION
FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE ATTENDED AT LEAST 4 DEEP DEMOCRACY WORKSHOPS
From a deep democracy perspective, the overall value of the experience of the client is connected with the ability of the coach/facilitator to facilitate the process of the client, as well as her or his own inner experiences as she/he coaches/facilitates.
Processwork claims that the experience of the coach/facilitator is partially organized by the process of the client. From this perspective, understanding and facilitating your own inner experience becomes crucial in understanding the overall process of the client. In this Deep Democracy session, we will experiment together with learning. You will have the opportunity to work in a fishbowl setting as a facilitator and client. Afterwards, you will have a chance to work on your own inner process in connection with your facilitator experiences. We will study and practice how to follow your own inner experience while following and tracking the signals on the outside.
