We look forward to research and experiment together how we can use a deep democracy approach to understand the deeper process of your organization, your team, and yourself and use it to create interventions and group process designs. In corporate, community, or relationship settings, analysis of hidden structure allows you to design custom-tailored intervention strategies that include everyone and guarantee positive outcomes.
***For maximum benefit, previous study of Worldwork or Processwork is recommended. For example, if you have previously participated in one of our workshops or are familiar with Arnold Mindell's Worldwork writings.
The Course: This course provides a space to "bring it all together" - we will apply, study, and practice a deep democracy, multidimensional approach for innerwork, coaching, and mentoring others, facilitating teams, resolving conflicts, creating visions, developing strategies, and using eldership to bring these various aspects into a dance.
We will apply deep democracy concepts for practical application, while at the same time practicing skills and interventions within a learning setting to apply in your personal and work lives.
You will learn skills and attitudes to:
• Apply deep democracy theory for structural analysis
• Notice and use inner experiences to create custom tailored interventions for your specific situation
• Negotiate team solutions that consider rank and stake-holder empowerment issues
• Discover and use information in team conflicts and tensions for growth and rejuvenation
• Enjoy your inner experiences and outer difficulties as guides to develop strategies and remain close to your vision.
