Roles, Rank and Rejuvenation

Crises and disturbances in teams and organizations instigate reflection about the essence of who we are as people, teams and organizations - and ideally produce a rejuvenation process with new ideas, new energies and new life. Implementation of these changes brings new awareness of rank, and challenges leaders to work simultaneously on two seemingly contradictory tendencies; to clarify one’s rank and own it, while simultaneously acknowledging the rank of peers and direct reports, and empowering them to follow in that awareness process.

This one-day seminar introduces the concepts of rank and roles in connection to change management, and explains how change, hierarchy, collaboration, and consensus building together form a rhythmic dance that brings sustainable change. It will demonstrate inner work and team exercises to facilitate these processes within our selves and our teams.

This is  Post-Conference workshop in conjunction with the International Conference of the IAPOP, the International Association of Process-oriented Psychology.
