Process Lab Seminar

Seminar

June 23 2017 - June 25 2017

Presenters:

Dr. Ruth Weyermann, Dr. Josef Helbling

We are delighted to be returning again to Nairobi.

Our 3-day "Process lab" seminar focuses on applying Processwork tools in our everyday lives. It offers an opportunity for all participants to deeply research and unfold aspects of daily experience, of difficulties, plans, dreams and conflicts using the conceptual framework and techniques of Processwork.

We look forward to presenting short basic and more advanced theoretical moduls including on:

Attentiveness to what we refer to as “occupied” and “unoccupied channels” of awareness, the precise analysis of their content, an understanding of levels of awareness, process structure and techniques to “amplify” our experiences.

Each step of the way, time will be given for both experiential study in pairs and for “inner work,” reflecting alone on how this theory can be practically applied in our everyday lives. There will also be some opportunities for supervision of this study in a “fishbowl” setting, where one or two people work with us in the middle of the group.

We are particularly interested at the moment in how enlivening it can be: our remembering to consciously bring a sensorily grounded awareness and tools to even the most mundane of everyday situations.

Looking forward to see you there !
