How Ghostroles Drive Change
Reflections on the Change Management Process within a Swiss NGO
Ghostroles are implicit forces that can be discovered as emerging change. Once explicit, they become clear change drivers, challenging the leaders and teams of the organization to grow into their newly defined identities. I would like to illustrate this process with an example of a Swiss NGO, and demonstrate how the organization's process creates expanded and changed identities for teams as well as for individual leaders, and how Deep Democracy can help to facilitate this process.
