JOIN our one-day-training
The Deep Democracy Institute Europe is inviting you to join a one-day training in Conflict Resolution. We will demonstrate Deep Democracy and Worldwork methodology for resolving conflicts in teams and organizations in the public space. We will also show methods to work on one’s own inner conflicts that can cause a sense of ambivalence or an experience of being blocked.
Deep Democracy, a concept developed by Arnold Mindell and his colleagues, is the underlying principle of Worldwork, a cutting edge, sophisticated coaching, facilitation and leadership development model. These strands are integrated into a unifying paradigm that can be used for coaching individuals, facilitating teams and large groups (of up to 1000 people), developing visions and strategies for organizations, and resolving complex multi-level conflicts. It integrates concepts from Quantum Mechanics and social field theory, and shows how personal and collective processes are entangled.
This workshop introduces one of the possible specializations in our DDI European Leadership Training.
WHAT YOU WILL GET OUT OF THIS ONE-DAY-SEMINAR
Please join us for a day in which we will present concepts and show new ways of dealing with conflicts that are present in society at large, in teams and organizations, in your personal relationship life, and in your inner-life. This workshop is meant for leaders of organizations, teams, and communities; large group facilitators; mediators; and anyone interested in conflict resolution.
You will learn the principle and practical application of non-locality, which shows that these levels are intrinsically connected. Changing levels and working on a conflict that seems personal from an organizational perspective can bring relief to the whole field.
