AGILITY + DEEP DEMOCRACY - BEGINNER'S MIND (ZEN - MUSHIN), CONTROLLED ABANDON (CARLOS CASTANEDA) + STRANGE ATTRACTORS (NON-LINEAR DYNAMICS)

Seminar

June 9 2017 - June 11 2017

Presenters:

Dr. Ellen Schupbach, Dr. Max Schupbach

Join us for a workshop to discover and develop agility in your everyday life, your work-life, and for your team and organization.

Work, life, environmental and economic situations, politics, security issues etc have become more unpredictable and change faster.

Agility is a new buzz word to name one of the characteristics that allows individuals and teams to react differently and quicker to changing situations.

“Out of the box thinking”, once a novelty, is now considered a best practice.

This workshop remixes attitudes from Zen, shamanic practices from Castaneda’s Don Juan, and insights from chaos theory to demonstrate and practice together how Process Work and Deep Democracy deepen the conventional agility ideas and make them a practice that you can follow every day.

Come and learn how beginner's mind, Mushin, that underlies creative spontaneity in complex situations, can be developed as can controlled abandon - Don Juan's approach to an inner work discipline that uses background patterns of situations and their energy for new and surprising shifts of the assemblage point.
