COMMUNITY OUTREACH MANAGER & ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR:
Create innovative and participatory models of engagement for the community, develop process work psychology workshops suitable for the community’s interests and needs, guide students through the certification process, assist students to discover and embark upon their career paths and manage the relationships with our potential clients as well as enrolled students; develop educational process-work seminars and workshops, present them to the community; organize community events and lectures from an integral perspective: encompassing personal, interpersonal, cultural, ecological, sociopolitical and spiritual dimensions of community building; provide a collaborative lead role as a key liaison between different DDI branches (US, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan), as well as between international workshop leaders and students; consult interested organizations on DDI vision, strategies and method; conduct research on current and emerging psychological and social trends; strategically plan DDI expansion to the post-soviet bloc countries; develop promotional educational events designed to generate attendance and awareness about DDI workshops; assist with strategic planning and implementation of marketing materials; provide analytic support for the ongoing assessment of institute’s effectiveness; and, advise students on the various learning possibilities within the institute, as well as curriculum.
