We are looking forward to beginning our 3 Year Facilitation, Leadership, and Coaching Training in the Ukraine. We have had many discussions with our Ukrainian colleagues, Vyacheslav Gusev and Maria Makuha, around the need for an awareness-based leadership training in the Ukraine, and the possibility of learning how the psychology of the individual leader, the national culture and history and the mounting pressure of accelerating globalization can all be addressed in a single program. It will again have organizational and business development units as key elements of the course. We will be starting the first Module of the Year 1 course on May 9th, 2007 in Kyiv. I am very happy to see a leadership training in Ukraine. I was born there and have been teaching at the Lviv University in 1999. I speak Ukrainan and have been teaching group process and Leadership courses in Australia and Europe.

I notice you mention the course being offred in english and \"russian\" I am surprized that you are not teching in Ukrainian - Ukraine is no longer a Soviet Republic.

I am very intersted in participating in the course as Ukrainan speaking trainer

Dear Yaro, thanks again for your email. Our Ukrainian team was thrilled to hear that you support them and their culture and language. They informed us that they also hope to attract Russian speakers to the course, and wanted to send them the translation first, because of travelling plans, etc. We uploaded now the Ukrainian version, and placed it first, just like it should be.
