Working with Difficult Groups
Check out this great new book from the International Association of Facilitators and Jossey-Bass called "The Handbook for Working with Difficult Groups: How They Are Difficult, Why They Are Difficult, and What You Can Do About It," edited by Sandor Schuman.
It has a chapter by Stanford Siver on Deep Democracy: Multi-Dimensional Process Oriented Leadership and chapters on many other approaches and factors in dealing with groups.
