The Deep Democracy Institute is an organization that provides awareness-based leadership and facilitation trainings in emerging regions and constituencies throughout the globe. Founded in December 2006, we have a 3 Year Training up and running in the Westbank of Palestine, with sixty participants and are ready to begin a similar 3 Year Training in the Ukraine in the spring of 2008. We are in the advanced planning phase for our Sierra Leone program, and are in the middle of a creating a proposal to the US State Department to train staff to interact with  groups that follow diverse leadership paradigms.
