Our Purpose - Leadership Training and Splinter Groups

We have become used to splinter groups that don’t feel bound by majority decisions or agreements, but follow their own goals without relating to the whole. If these groups do relate to the whole, it is often with violence. They justify their actions and strategies by accusing the other side of systemic violence, a perspective which is often equally strongly denied by the majority. This issue rises not only on the stage of international politics, but can be frequently observed in organizations and communities, and also families. We believe that one of the possible remedies for this issue is widespread leadership which can show the public that sustainable solutions are achieved through a process that considers all voices, positions and frameworks, and the participation of all stakeholders, in a process of flow and relationship, which includes the temporary use of strong measures to ensure security. We hope to train leaders who can take a firm stand for security and the well-being of the whole while at the same time being able to facilitate a dialogue that is based on a deeper understanding of why systems polarize.
