Four Stepping Stones

A Deep Democracy Leadership, Coaching and Facilitation Seminar Series, which can be taken in San Francisco, Amsterdam, Nairobi, Moscow, or Kiev starting in the fall of 2011.

Our Seminar Series for “Developing Organizations, Groups, Teams, and – most Importantly – Yourself” is rooted in the Deep Democracy perspective. It has large group facilitation Worldwork methodology that can be applied without establishing a priori ground rules and can be used across diverse cultures. Worldwork is a powerful, universal paradigm for facilitating change in organizations, teams, and individuals. It also entails a conflict resolution approach, which is based on symmetry concepts from modern physics that stresses the view that conflicts are a natural occurrence that can be facilitated to bring out innate systemic solutions. This seminar series’ theoretical basis and experiential aspects include Processwork training. Processwork is a unique psychological model that is based on developing personal awareness and flow. Processwork with individuals facilitates the unfolding of the many disturbances to find the energy in them and use it differently thus helping organizations and teams to change in an easier and more sustainable way. It includes awareness work with subtle altered states and somatic experiences, that we all have, and that helps us to connect to our own earth-based psychologies.

These workshops can be taken individually or as a series, in one or several locations, all according to your personal preferences and naturally can be integrated with our various certifications, including our new Diploma in Process Work program.
