Stakeholders Across Teams, Brands, Communities, Religions and Nations

10 days of immersion in learning the unique depth psychology approach of Processwork and Deep Democracy in order to

* Enhance your personal and professional development.
* Lead and facilitate diverse teams of up to 30 people for better and more effective collaboration, resolve conflict, and achieve high impact.
* Lead and facilitate diverse groups of up to a 1000 people through conflict into common ground and new initiatives.

Process Work is a new paradigm that brings out the deepest selves of individuals, the underlying spirits of teams and organizations, and the invisible unity that is present in the midst of diversity, conflict, and strife.  It can be used to coach individuals, facilitate teams and organizations, and lead and support national and international processes across communities and borders. It is a scientific model that integrates perspectives from physics, psychology, and complexity science.  It is a community building approach and a conflict resolution model that works with the entirety of information that is present within a system. And, it is more than that.  For those of us who are searching for awareness and meaning in difficulties, conflicts, and challenges, it is also a way of life.  Our 10 Day Intensive Courses are meant for learners who are looking for total immersion with other learners from various cultural and professional backgrounds. Read on.
